 | | DTA have been working to help Hallwick Energy secure planning permission for two new on farm anaerobic digester sites. The facilities will generate around 1MW each and will be maize fed. The first, in South Bedfordshire involved negotiations with the Highways Agency to agree improvements to the junction of the A5 trunk Road and subsequent discussions with the local highway authority about the impact of vehicle routing through villages. Both sites are now under construction and due to generating energy by March 2012.
